The landlord wants you to hold viewings because you are moving out soon. It is initially the landlord's responsibility to hold viewings, unless you are sub-letting the apartment.

This means that the landlord cannot require access to the residence at any time during the notice period. What is considered a reasonable extent must be assessed specifically in each case based on the residence and how much time remains of the tenancy.
The Tenancy Act section 10-1 (Norwegian)It is a prerequisite for holding viewings that it is given notice to terminate the tenancy and that you have not objected to the termination, or that the time specified tenancy contract expires soon.
