Submit additional information
If you want to submit additional information or evidence in an ongoing case, we ask that you use our digital form for additional information, which you can find at the bottom of this page.
Information and documentation that has already been submitted is registered on the case. You do not need to resubmit any previously submitted information or documentation.

Have you received a letter about corrections?
If you have received a letter from us about correcting your complaint or your reply, you can do so by using the form for additional information. When filling out the form you can add requested information and documentation.
Submission of documentation
In the form for additional information you can upload up to ten attachements. The attachements must be in .docx-, .pdf-, .png-, og .jpg-format.
If you want to send in a lot of attachements these must be gathered into one file before you upload it. You can do this by copying and pasting the files into a word-document, before saving the word-document as a PDF-file. If you have PDF editing tool, this can also be done directly in Adobe.
Video- or audio files
To submit video- or audio files you must first send us a written explanation of what the evidence is meant to prove, and explain why they are important evidence in your case. The Rent Disputes Tribunal will notify you if the files can be submitted.
Contradition
What you send in, will be sent in copy to the opposing part. It is your responsibility to leave our or sensor information you do not want shared with the opposing part.
