The neighbour is being loud

It is a lot of noise from the neighbouring apartment where you are renting.

The landlord is obligated to keep ordinary peace and order on the property they are renting out, if not otherwise agreed upon. The tenant can notify the landlord in writing if they are experiencing noise from neighbours, or if other house rules are not being upheld.

If the problem continues, the tenant can consider giving their notice to terminate the contract. In some cases you can terminate the contract with immediate effect, but there is a very high threshold for such termination of contract.
